Shipping Changes: Switching to UPS
I will be choosing to use UPS more in the near future, and I might recommend you choose the UPS option for shipping my yarn as well.
I am located about an hour from Indianapolis, so when you choose to ship via USPS, almost always your package will be going through the Indianapolis Distribution Center. I've seen packages delayed a day or two, but I haven't had any lost or held longer than that yet. But it has happened to people I know, and I've heard of it happening to other artists.
If I'm shipping to a PO Box, then USPS is the only option. But if not, you'll likely be getting your package via UPS.
