This is the first time I’ve done Midnight Lagoon as a painted warp. I started by winding warps in 5/2 Tencel™, 8/2 Tencel™, and ringspun cotton. Then I mixed up five colors from the palette—the three main colors plus two intermediary blends—to make a smoother transition.

This is the second time I’ve ordered the 4 oz skein of 5/2 Tencel and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The yarn in beautiful and the skeins are orderly and well tied so there is no tangling. And the price point is perfect. Will definitely purchase more in the future.

So amazingly beautiful! I don’t think I would normally pick a scarf made of brown but this color combination is so unique that it jumped off the page wherever I saw it first and I had to have it. I loved it even more in person. It has an amazing soft surface and liquid drape. I have maybe 40+ artist made scarves and this one has jumped to the top as my favorite. Too bad it is only the beginning of summer now so it will be many months before I’ll be able to wear it. I’m hoping to commission a shawl in a different color combination. Wonderful work!! Thank You

I just got the tencel warp on my loom. I am weaving a scarf in diamonds (point twill threading) at 20 epi with 5/2 perle cotton in black. The colors and sheen of the warp play off the weft beautifully!
Never disappointed with my fibers!! The quality is exceptional as well as the colors are always vibrant. I have made a couple things already with this colorway and both were exceptional in feel and drape.
